First Step Advertising is offering to give share to their employee as Royalty Plan. |

Company is offering Royalty Plan for the First Step Advertising employee. The employees will automatically eligible for this plan if they are fulfilling the following 3 criteria –
- Employees who have joined First Step Advertising after 1-Jan-2010.
- Employees have to reach at Referral Plan Level 5.
- He/she and their downline together will have to make total 3000 member (This number includes downline’s joining also).
For this plan you have not to do any extra work.
Let us explain how it will work:
It will be done automatically, but you have to support your down lines to get their goals.
This plan is different from Referral Plan’s downline. In Referral Plan employee get incentive directly by joining of their downline, but in Royalty Plan employee’s downline automatically get pyramid structure which helps employee to get the target of 3000 members.
This is the formula to distribute the Rolyalty income to the eligible employees.
Do not wait if you want more money, help your Down Lines to increase their hands. If they grow (your downlines), you will be eligible to get Lacs of ammount every month except salary as Royalty Income.
